Muffik Forest Puzzle, Firm - 1 piece
Product label: MUFFIK, ORTHOPEDIC MAT
The pieces of the MUFFIK sensory orthopedic carpet are inspired by the elements of nature. Stones, tree trunks, grass, pebbles, shells - these can all be found on the individual pieces and are so lifelike that it is a pleasure to step on them.
Physiotherapists and podiatrists worldwide encourage barefoot nature walks. But how do you do it when the weather is bad outside or when nature is not around the corner?
Do you love walking in the forest?
Take a walk with us on our Muffik forest.
This floor is one of our harder types, try stepping on a pinecone in the woods with your bare feet. The varied floor surface filled with pinecones of varied sizes intensively massages every millimetre of the foot and maximizes blood circulation. The variety and hardness of the surface will strengthen the foot, ankle, knee and mid-body areas of novice walkers. For older children, it stimulates the ball of the foot and beautifully exercises the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot. In adults, it promotes venous gymnastics, which is important in the fight against thrombosis and varicose veins.

What do physiotherapists say? “It takes little to bring your legs to life. Use them. Use them as they were designed (barefoot) and in the terrain they were originally intended for (natural surfaces). We welcome variety, just like walking on stone, grass, or a forest path.' This is what this play offers.
