OUR LOYAL CUSTOMER SYSTEM

We would like to give something back to those who return to us from time to time and honor us with their trust. We know that every forint counts when it comes to your family, which is why we are introducing our new Loyalty Program, designed to help you get even more out of your shopping experience.

As a registered customer, every purchase you make automatically earns points, so your point balance grows with each purchase.
You’ll receive points after every order, which you can use on your next purchase for up to 10% of the total amount (except during the annual Connetix promotion, when points can be used for up to 5% of the total alongside the promotion).
You can redeem your points at any time within 365 days.
You only need to make a purchase of over 20,000 HUF to redeem your points.

Important information:

• Every registered customer will receive a 1,500 HUF credit.

• Every newsletter subscriber will receive a 500 HUF credit.

• Points cannot be used toward shipping costs or cash-on-delivery fees.

• Points are personal; they cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded.

• When purchasing discounted products, 1% of the discounted price will be credited as points.
